The company was listed in shanghai Stock Exchange on June 30th,2000, and its total capital is about RMB 23,000,000,000 Yuan, including 36. 1% of shares is from Chinese party (North Heavy Industrial Group) , and 25.1% is from U.K.(Terex Equipment Limited Co.LTD) and 38.8% of shares is from the public shares.

The company was set up in 1988. Over technical products innovation and markets exploitation of 20 years, the company has become the China mining dump trucks development and manufacturing base, which integrated with a complete production network, sale and after sales service. The major products are: series of rigid dump trucks and their converted products, series of articulated dump trucks, series of hydrauhic crawler excavator, hydraulic drilling rig and anti-explosive coal carriers used under the coal mine etc. are in the leading position in the same industry of the country, and the technique of the products is in the leading level in both home and abroad.

The mining dump trucks is the core products in the company. The products have contained multi-series from 23 ton to 360 ton, have been distributed in seven different industries in China such as metallurgical, non-ferrous , chemical, coal, construction materials, hydropower and communication industries and over 140 mines and job sites. It has occupied more than 75% domestic market shares and a lot of products have been exported to Indonesian, Burma, Mongolia, too many etc. countries the total market share is over 3000 units.
